    Easy to Learn - Easy to Remember - Easy to Practice  

First- Learn the essential techniques in the movements of the hands, feet, legs, and eyes to get the right postures and to be able to perform them steadily.

Second- Study the continuity and fluidity of the movements, the coordination among the various parts of the body.

Third- Make efforts to combine the mental concentration, breathing, and exertion of strength into one
