Ten Route tan-Tui

Tan-Tui is a set of 10 drills. Each drill can be trained solo, or in link with other drills to form routines. Also there are 2-men fighting versions of drills and routines
Tan-Tui is a set of lower kicking exercises which belong to the "Zha" Style of Northern Longfist and is practiced as the ABC's of "Wushu".
Beginners should concentrate on coordinating the movements of the Hands, Eyes, Body, Spirit and Step.
Hands like Meteors, Feet like Arrows
Follow your Hands with the Eyes, Chest out, Stomach in, Back straight, Waist and Shoulders relaxed. Step quickly with balance using the 5 stances.
